The Party’s TONIGHT!

Just a quick reminder that TCPB’s First Birthday Party is tonight, on the Cacti Pop Chat and some Poptropica multiverses. The times for the party are listed in the graphic above; I live on the East Coast so it’ll be at 7 for me; but if you don’t live in any of those time zones, you can use this time converter to find out when to come.

Be sure to bring some fireworks, balloons, cakes, and your brightest smile, because it’s going to be a blast! And I promise that there won’t be any Robutts this time.

TCPB’s First Birthday Month (Party and Event Details)

You were surprised when I released the first episode of the rewritten Pop TV yesterday, weren’t you? Well, that was only the beginning. Get ready for a January full of excitement, because it’s TCPB’s First Birthday Month!

As you all know, the blog you are reading right now was created on January 16th, 2016. AKA almost a year ago. Time sure does fly. And to celebrate this joyous day, Tall Cactus’ Poptropica Blog will be in celebration mode… all month long. Yup, you heard me right.

I mean, I’m not gonna be talking about my random Poptropica blog’s random birthday in every single post, but many events will be happening here this month. Let me explain them…

TCPB’s First Birthday Party

First of all, yes, there will be a party. Like previous parties hosted by me, it will be on TCPB’s official Discord server, the Cacti Pop Chat, along with some multiverses on Pop. But, when will this celebration be? Even though the 16th is a Monday, there won’t be school because of MLK Day. But that’s an American holiday; not everyone in the Pop community lives in the US; and I’ll be busy anyway. So the party will be on Friday, January 20th instead, starting at 7 PM Eastern Time. I have my reasons behind this, please don’t ask. Anyways, I hope to see you there!

Pop TV

Even though the first episode came out yesterday, Pop TV won’t be coming back on a weekly (not twice weekly) basis until February, like previously mentioned. I just thought it would be a nice surprise to release the premiere episode right when 2017 began, at the moment the clocks read midnight, lol.

Header + Fan Art Contests!

There will be not one, but two contests this month. One is a birthday fan art contest, and the other is a competition involving the creation of your very own TCPB header. Contest rules and information will be posted tomorrow, so stayed tuned.

Posts of the Past and Present 

Throughout the month, many blog posts about TCPB’s year-long past will be published. Look forward to topics such as the Top 10 Best (and Worst) Posts, the History of TCPB, and much, much more.

So yeah, that’s all I have planned for TCPB’s First Birthday Month at the moment. But you don’t know what other surprises I have in store, at least not now…
